ROADSHOW SUCCESS

The Roadshow was a tremendous success across Canada and the United States.  Special guests and corporate guests appeared in Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Red Deer, Vancouver, West Palm and Boston.

People left absolutely inspired.

Just read what Gold Consultant, Richard McCurdy had to say in an email he sent to JP Trottier, it really sums up the energy:

It should be quite obvious…!!!

I smiling because I am standing between two of the fastest and beautiful female Olympic sprinters Phylicia George and Nikkita Holder from the Canadian Olympic Team.  Also pictured is Justin Warner and Olympic track coach Desai Williams.  All athletes and the coach state that they “could not have come this far without the products of Immunotec specifically Immunocal, Vitamin pack, Probiotic and the Cherry.  Wow…!!! They stated this emphatically…”I have the tape…”

This event was a tremendous success with approx.. 200 people in attendance.  I can’t stop talking about it with my down line.  I am excited for those attending the upcoming shows.

The momentum generated and created by the new tools unveiled, such as the new products catalogue is and will be tremendous.  I am even more excited than Foster Owusu.

And just when you thought the event couldn’t get any better, the “tag-team” of John Molson and, the incredible Dr. Jimmy Gutman, blow us all out of the water by detailing the new ground-breaking and visionary research that Immunotec and its partners are embarking on.

I encourage all Immunotec product users and Consultants to MAKE TIME to be in attendance at your upcoming events across Canada.  Our down line in Vancouver have already signed up.

About the 2012 Recognition Program

The 2012 Recognition Program is now posted in the Business Center. Simply go to Recognition and click on New! 2012 Recognition Program. Read the program and plan where you want to be by year-end.

For example: One award you will definitely want to win is the Consistency award.  You know that recruiting is very important to your success of building a team. The Consistency award is given to those Consultants who recruit a minimum of two new Consultants each month to their team from April 1st, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

How to earn the Incentive Trip

How to earn the Incentive Trip (advice from an experienced incentive trip achiever)

  1. Read very carefully and understand perfectly the required qualifications.
  2. Know that the qualification period is between March 1st and August 31st.
  3. Break down the qualifications by month.
  4. Create a monthly action plan that you will follow daily.
  5. SPONSOR NOW—in other words, sponsor as many new Consultants in the early months so that you are not scrambling to recruit in August.
  6. TRACK YOUR RESULTS—do not get caught by surprise at the end of the qualification period with a few missing points.  Stay focused on the prize!

How do you track your results?  It is easy!  Simply go to your Business Center, log in and go to the Home page.  On the left side, go to Incentive Trip Progress Report and click.  You will see your personal results, tracked by month.  Follow your action plan and you will find yourself on the beaches of the Mayan Riviera in November 2012!       

IMPORTANT: Rule #1 states that you must be on AutoShip to qualify. It should read: you must be on AutoShip as of April 2012. It is not too late to get onto AutoShip this month and for the balance of the incentive in order to meet the first qualification.

Are you making your tools work hard for you?

At the 2012 Las Vegas Convention in March, we introduced a series of new and improved tools that every new Consultant will receive in their Starter Pack (called Brochure Pack) and every established Consultant has access to purchasing.

There are four new and improved tools:

  1.  New:  A recruiting flyer which is a 3-fold full-color promotional flyer that is used as a “leave-with” flyer.  It summarizes our product line with a special focus on Immunocal, speaks to our credibility with information on the science behind our products and promotes the business attached to it, emphasizing the rewards that can be achieved.  This flyer is packaged in packs of 100 and is available in the Business Center for only $15/pack.
  2.  New:  A high-quality magazine called “Lifestyle” which is a 16‑page full-color magazine that can be “loaned” to prospects who are considering the Immunotec opportunity but want more information.  This magazine is packaged in packs of 20 and is available in the Business Center for only $15/pack.
  3.  Improved:  The Immunocal 4-page brochure has been updated to ensure that it is easy to read and easy to explain the benefits of Immunocal.  It is a very important tool that assists all Consultants in explaining how Immunocal optimizes the immune system, what makes it special, the 4 key benefits and the results of daily use.  This brochure is packaged in packs of 50 and is available in the Business Center for only $15/pack.
  4. Improved:  The Immunotec Compensation Plan brochure is the fourth piece that is critical in completing your prospecting and recruiting tool kit.   It has also been updated to reflect the exceptional opportunity a Consultant can have to help people improve their health and quality of life.  It is a comprehensive brochure that gives a visual explanation on the 6 ways to win with Immunotec.  This brochure is packaged in packs of 50 and is available in the Business Center for only $15/pack.

Your prospecting and recruiting tool kit is full with new and improved tools.  But, wait, how do you maximize the use of these tools?  How do you make them work hard for you?  Let’s take a look at the first tool today, the recruiting flyer, and discuss how you can use it most effectively.

First of all, remember every time you order a pack, you will receive 100 flyers. 100 flyers equal 100 conversations!  Do not let your recruiting flyers sit on your desk at home!  Keep the flyers with you at all times because you want to be speaking to everyone you encounter in your day and evening about the amazing Immunotec opportunity. But first, make sure you have put your contact information on the back of each flyer.   Designate a number of flyers per day that you must put into a warm hand.  In other words, you might set a goal that you want to talk to five new people a day.  Count out five flyers and make sure the day does not end without you having five conversations and giving out five flyers.

But, it does not stop there.  Each day that you give out five flyers, you have now met five people with five names and five telephone numbers.  Follow-up within 2 days. At that point, you will establish whose interest you have tweaked and now it is time to loan the Lifestyle magazine or better, it could be time to sit-down with the Immunocal and Compensation plan brochures. (But that is subject for our next blogs).

For now, let us just focus on the value of the recruiting flyer.  We want to hear from you.  Sharing “best practices” is the best way to spread success.

So, remember, make the flyers work hard for you.  Never leave a bunch of flyers with the hope that someone “might” pick it up.  Put it in a warm hand with the promise that you will follow-up.
